Where does Nebula ship to?
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States – including Alaska and Hawaii. If you live outside of our delivery zone and would like to see Nebula Mat in your home, send us a note at customercare@nebulamat.com. Please note that Nebula is not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional charges for orders shipped internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit card and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process live orders as quickly as possible, so once you've placed it, we are typically unable to make adjustments to your shipping address or items. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please send us an email at customercare@nebulamat.com as soon as possible with the subject line "Changing my order" or "Cancelling my order", and we'll do our best to help before your order ships out.

What is the body material made out of?
It is a durable, hard-shell polymer blend that is built for longevity with daily use.
What type of solution is in the misting sanitizer spray?
Our EPA-registered mist is made of a medical-grade solution to minimize germs, which is safe for all types of soles (leather and rubber) and skin.
Is the solution safe for skin?
Although the Nebula Mat is intended to spray the sole of a shoe and not designed for bare feet, the solution is safe if it comes in contact with the skin.
Are the microfiber towels sustainable?
We use an eco-friendly product for the drying area. They are also machine washable so you can reuse them for household cleaning!
How many sprays do the mist pods have?
Our refillable misting pods have 80 to 90 sprays per pod. When the solution is running low, you will notice a reduction in the quality of the spray, which indicates a refill is needed.
What if I have mud or excessive dirt on my shoes?
The Nebula Mat is not intended for mud or dirt removal. Please remove excess dirt or mud from your shoes prior to using the sanitizing spray.
Is the Nebula Mat weather resistant?
the Nebula Mat is wearther resistant, but not weather proof. Use your Nebula Mat in a covered area for best results and to increase lifetime.
