Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped that includes tracking information. Free shipping is offered on all U.S. orders.  

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer free returns within the first 30 days after your order is placed.

Return Policy Details:

  • Items can be returned if a request for return is made within 30 days of the purchase date. 

  • To initiate a return please contact customercare@nebulamat.com with the subject "Return".

  • We are unable to provide return shipping labels for orders outside of the U.S.

  • Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. 

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customercare@nebulamat.com immediately.
