It is a durable, hard-shell polymer blend that is built for longevity with daily use. 

Nebula Mat is weather-resistant, but not weatherproof. Use your Nebula Mat in a covered area for best results and to increase lifetime. 

The Nebula Mat is not intended for mud or excessive dirt removal, it’s purpose is to sanitize shoes from everyday wear. Please remove excess dirt or mud from your shoes prior to using the sanitizing spray. 

Our medical-grade mist sprays hypochlorous acid to minimize germs, which is safe for all types of soles (leather and rubber). The solution uses hypochlorous acid to disinfect. You can learn more about hypochlorous acid here.  

Each Mist Pods produces 80 to 90 sprays. When the solution is running low, you will notice a reduction in the quality of the spray, which indicates a refill is needed. 

Although Nebula Mat is intended to spray the sole of a shoe and not designed for bare feet, the solution is safe if it comes in contact with the skin. Nebula Mat uses hypochlorous acid to disinfect, which is a substance that all mammals naturally produce during an immune response. You can learn more about our solution here.

Our microfiber towels are machine washable and reusable! We recommend hang-drying or laying them flat, but you can also dry on low settings.

Any order over $50 is shipped free of cost. Return shipping is also free of cost.

If you are unsatisfied with Nebula Mat products for any reason, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to process a return and full refund. You must return the product to Nebula Mat with all accessories and parts originally included with your purchase.Return shipping is covered by Nebula Mat.

This product is covered by a 1 year limited warranty period. Product defects are covered under the warranty. 

You can clean your Nebula Mat with any household all-purpose cleaner and a towel. Make sure to replace dead batteries as soon as possible. Do not leave dead batteries in the Nebula Mat. Microfiber towels should be washed regularly, and damaged or worn microfiber towels should be replaced.
